SealRight Solutions is the ambitious vision of two driven and environmentally conscious entrepreneurs, with the combined goal of offering an efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly Air Sealing service in Northern Ontario.​

Introduced to AeroBarrier Air Sealing technology as part of an Building Envelope Sealing demonstration, it wasn't long before SealRight Solutions was established to offer the revolutionary Air Sealing Service to forward thinking builders and home-owners in the Greater Sudbury, North Bay, and neighbouring areas.

Our Team
Brendan McClellan R.E.A.
Technician, Owner
Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Brendan has lived in several Canadian Provinces and 2 countries.
​
​His major passion has always been Music, and he worked in the industry for several years as an Audio Technician. He is also a successful Drummer and continues this passion up to this day.
​
​Having worked in Industrial Oil and Gas field for over 5 years, Brendan returned to Ontario to study Energy Systems Technology at Cambrian College. Being a serial entrepreneur, he launched a Home Energy Consultation business in the Greater Sudbury area and has been Registered Energy Advisor for over 10 years.
Glen Snowball R.E.A.
Technician, Owner

Born and raised in Southern Ontario, Glen moved to the Sudbury area in 2022 to seek the slower pace of life offered in the North.
​
He Studied at Seneca College in 2003 and graduated from the Georgian College Social Service Worker program in 2008. Glen spent over 12 years serving the community as a Mental Health and Addictions Counsellor, before deciding to switch careers.
​​
Using his experience in home-renovations over the years, Glen launched a small Handy Business in 2019.
​
In 2023, he studied Building Sciences and Technologies, became a Registered Energy Advisor, and has conducted over 250 Residential Energy Assessment.
